I haven't posted in ages, and haven't locked in a while either. I have been very remiss in locking. Sorry!
I have a plan to lose 3.5kg by Christmas. That works at about 300g/week, quite reasonable. For now, the plan is to lock up for my weekly weigh-in on Monday and lock the next weekAvend if I fail. I'm planning to possibly change that to locking every weekend and locking through the week if I fail, but I have a sore after 2 days locked, so I can't do that yet.
Anyway, I weighed in at 95.0kg on Monday, and spent last weekend locked to see how my first lockup worked out. I plan to lock this weekend and see how it goes this coming weekend, then I will see if I can go 5 days. That will allow me to lock each weekend and 1 day for every 100g I don't lose.
After I unlocked I felt naked for quite a while. I forgot how much I missed being secure.
