Locked again (and OW!)

Greetings,
I'm locked again, I have gone one size smaller on the base ring, and have put a bigger spacer in. I'm not sure how long I will stay locked though. I tried to pull out, with a result of bad pain. I'm hoping that will settle (as I've put as much back in as I can)
