Locked up again

Hi,
I'm locked again at 3:40 PM (5:40 AM GMT). I was away for a lot longer than I thought. I have only touched my penis to lock up or to pee.

I have attached a pic of me locked up. I know I'm not attractive, but I am losing weight and will shave this week.
