I've just been out for a 30 min bike ride and had no problems at all! I would have gone longer but the cold made my heart play up a bit.
I had to re-jig the device a second time about 25 min after my first refit. Since then, the biggest problem I have had is making sure that I don't stand next to anyone at a urinal.
If the weather is good, I will try swimming in it (in the pool).
