I tried to go overnight, but it had to come off due to chafing pain. Showering washed away the cream and I couldn't get it under the base ring. I will lock again after my morning shower tomorrow. Once I am fully healed we can do nights again.

I see you do have trouble with pain, I dont know the story but have you tried baby powder, for me it worked well at the beginning.
And do you often get erect in the cage ?
